Through a couple of DNA tests, Julia was shocked to find out that she is nearly 3/4 Norwegian. So we just had to head to Norway. What a wonderfully emotional trip it was...as well as mighty gorgeous! We took a 6 night cruise via Hurtegruten. After taking a small plane from Oslo to the northern tip of Norway, we stayed in Kirkenes just to get our body clocks on track, and then hopped onto the "Richard With" ship and headed down the coast of Norway.

As a hobbyist photographer, Norway ranks right up there with Switzerland and night photography in Budapest as far as beautiful landscapes. Can't wait to go back again.
